Today is my off day so I decided to make some dessert or cake at home...so I choose to make chocolate chips muffin...
Here's some stuffs need to use when making the muffin...
The olive oil...
The chocolate chips muffin powder...
And the others...
Then start to stir the powder,eggs,oil and water together...and then pre heat the oven...
After that,put it equally 2/3 size into the muffin cups...
Put in the oven and baked for 20 minutes...

TaaaaDaaa...take out the muffin and leave it cold for 5 to 10 minutes...and maybe you can use a toothpick to check the muffin...
Hmm...don't know why I baked till not so nice...but I found 2 of this is the most perfect I think...
Still need to improve to make it more perfect next time...but still nice and yummy...

How come i didn't know olive oil was needed for muffins? =.= and may i ask what other uses will u be using the olive oil for? oh oh!!! spaghetti!!!
btw, muffins that are looking beautiful or not really perfect, if it breaks open in the middle, then its perfect. that is strictly my opinion.
1 more thing. is it becoming a trend to start baking at home? oh yea, it was quite a waste of good tin foil...tin foil is VERY expensive ne...
actually its need vegetable oil hehe...at home nothing to do very free ma...
