FRIM

Today early morning me,ken and 2 of my sisters went to FRIM for jogging..we all woke up at 7am so we all so sleepy and lazy...we reach there around 8am...

I listening music and took picture at the back...really lazy to jog...


Sunny day...because the sun shining make this picture look a bit dark...

Hardworking ants...they look bigger than the normal ants...so scary because along the road side are full of ANTS !!

OMG ! I didn't make up looks so childish...ew...

Beautiful lake but my sister said feels like some where in the Crocodile movie...haha

What the hell she's doing !? Sitting middle of the road waiting the car to come over and BANG her..

Yeee...why I looks like this and my honey looks so handsome..?

Around 9am we end up to have our breakfast at McDonald Sri Damansara...

Marbled Cheese Cake

This is the Marble Cheese Cake I made. Erm...on the top marble a bit ugly but the cake very nice hehe..

For base:
200g digestive biscuits (milled)
50g ground almond (toasted)
120g butter (melted)

Filling:
750g cream cheese
120g caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
120g white cooking chocolate (melted by double-boiling)
30g cornflour
300ml UHT whipping cream
3 eggs (beaten)

Topping:
50g dark cooking chocolate (melted by double-boiling)

Utensil needed:
9" loose-base cake tin

Method:
1. Base:Preheat oven at 140 celsius. Mix melted butter with dry ingredients until well combined. Press onto a 9" loose-bake cake tin. Refrigerate until set.

2. Filling:Beat cheese and sugar until creamy. add in melted white chocolate. Add in cream, vanilla essence and cornflour. Lastly, add in eggs. Pour batter onto set base, drizzle with melted dark chocolate on top. Steam bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Leave cake in oven with door closed for 30 minutes but temperature turned off.

3. remove cake from oven and let cake cool at room temperature. Refrigerate for 6 hours before serving.
